Lola and her team at Terra Mia did an excellent job bringing my stairs up to code. The bottom three steps weren’t deep enough and the top step was crooked, and they fixed everything cleanly and correctly. Professional, efficient, and detail-oriented from start to finish. I’d absolutely hire them again and highly recommend them.

I can not say enough good things about Terra Mia. We have a bad habit of buying homes that need renovations. We have lived through remodels and renovations in New York City, Chicago, and Kentucky. When we moved to Las Vegas we feared another long painful experience with contractors that way over promise fall short. We interviewed at least 10 companies. They ranged from low ballers that just want your money to big companies that you are one of many on their schedule. We went with Terra Mia because the owner came and went through our “small” project of a tweak to a bathroom for my elderly parents moving in a few months and a gut renovation on the primary bathroom. He was the only person to be honest with us to what needed to be done to do the job right. He also committed to a very aggressive timeframe to make sure it was done before my parents moved in. The pricing was very fair. Based on the other estimates it was on the top end of the bids but based on our experiences with home remodeling the lower priced bids usually cost much more in the long run. During the process we decided to gut the kitchen, and redo the HVAC system as well. Again Terra Mia promised to added 2 major projects to this already aggressive timeframe.The results: AMAZING!!! Everyone that worked on our home was knowledgeable, professional, and treated our home like they were working on their own. Every project has hiccups. The Real tell of a good contractor is how they manage them to ensure the client is satisfied and informed. This is definitely a strength with Terra Mia. We had very definite designs in mind Terra Mia was able to make our vision a reality. This was done by working with us to discuss functionality, technical issues, and find creative ways to deliver on time and on budget. We appreciate the honesty, the follow up, and the professionalism of everyone who was involved in our project's.

We had a plumbing leak that affected two bathrooms and part of living room that prompted us to do a total bath remodel unexpectedly. After meetiing several contractors for estimates, we chose Roy from Terra Mia, as he was consistently checking in with us to see how insurance was treating us and showed a genuine interest in helping us out at this stressful time. Roy was very accomodating to our situation and worked closely with us every step of the remodel to make sure everything met our satisfaction. Roy even answered calls 'after hours', i.e. weekends, when he didn't have to! Thanks to his concern for our total satisfaction, every problem that arose he took care of. We now have two beautiful baths, I guess that means we'll have to fix the rest of the house now! LOL Thanks Roy, wouldn't have happened without you!

Final work was above what I envisioned. So happy with everything, looks so AWESOME. Project Manager Roywas great to work with his suggestions were most valuable to bring all the work together. Thank You Roy

Terra Mia Construction Supervisor, Roy Ramonas, contracted with the Dayspring POA to complete pony wall crack repairs to smooth Spanish stucco walls, and powder-coating two entry/exit vehicle gates and 2 pedestrian gates for their gated community.Not only did Terra Mia Construction offer a competitive price, their construction manager, Mr. Ramonas was able to facilitate the work and complete the contracted work + change orders within the 3 weeks of the start date. The smooth Spanish stucco repair, paint and concrete repairs were completed before the gates were finished being powder coated! There were no inconveniences to any of the 66 units, including their guests or vendors during the construction work process.The Board of Directors would work with Mr. Ramonas, and Terra Mia, if the opportunity presents itself in the future!Prepared for the Dayspring Property Owners AssociationBoard of Directors

The project was an addition of a closet with two sliding doors. The overall dimensions are about 8ft x 2ft x 8ft. I am very satisfied with the executuion of various stages of the project. The project manager, Roy, paid close attentions to every detail and ensured that every step of the construction was carried out professionally. The project was completed exactly as contracted in terms of cost and schedule. I will use them again for more future project.

Update: As I promised, I’ll update my review once everything has been corrected and fixed. After leaving Terra Mia a bad review about my experience, the owner, Johnny, reached out to me after a few days and had his plumber and tile guy fix my shower. They replaced my Moen valve and fixtures with KES valve and fixtures. So far, it’s working great. I finally have cold water again coming out of my shower. Johnny is a man of his word. He told me he’ll fix it, and he did. It just took him a while, but I’m just glad he did and all is working as it’s supposed to. Thank you, Johnny, and your team.I had my shower renovation done with Terra Mia earlier this past year. I’ve left them a good review on Google since the owner, Johnny, was very nice then. But I just realized this company doesn’t deserve a 5-star review. They messed up my water temperature during the renovation. They used Preferred Plumbing. Do not trust them with any plumbing work. Since the renovation, I never had cold water in my shower again. Water comes out hot, to the point that it’s burning sometimes. Also, I contacted the owner about almost 2 months ago about my grout looking ugly, and he never responded. I’ve paid them so much money. I don’t deserve this kind of customer service. I’m filing a complaint to the BBB and NV Contractors Board about Terra Mia and Preferred Plumbing.

We had three LED mirrors installed in two of our bathrooms. We bought the mirrors at a low price and Terra Mia installed them. They were here when they said they would be, they worked cleanly, they fixed the walls behind the old mirrors and installed sockets for the lights. They painted and texturized where needed. They did an overall great job! I would recommend them!

We hired Terra Mia for a complete master bathroom remodel. Lola, Frank, Homero, Victor, Victor and the rest of the team were amazing. From planning the project to completing the work. We always knew what to expect. Our ongoing questions were answered. The project was completed ahead of schedule.We will hire them again for our next big project.
