Every home has a story, and every renovation is a chapter of a change. In this Las Vegas home, the kitchen was due for a major update. The homeowners loved their space but wanted something brighter, more functional, and more modern. That’s where we came in. With a clear vision and expert work, we turned an outdated kitchen into a very nice centerpiece of the home.

The Homeowner’s Vision

The homeowners had lived with their kitchen for years, but as their needs evolved, so did their ideas for the space. The original kitchen had dark granite countertops, bulky wooden cabinets, and tile flooring that felt very old. The lighting was decent but lacked warmth, and the overall layout didn’t offer the open, inviting feel they used to have in the past.
They wanted a space that was not just for cooking but for gathering, entertaining, and enjoying everyday moments with family and their friends. They wanted a nice, modern design with better lighting, improved storage, and an overall fresh look that reflected their lifestyle.

Step One: removing the old kitchen

Before the new kitchen could take shape, we had to take everything down. The old cabinets, countertops, and flooring were removed, making way for a completely reimagined space. This phase was crucial—so we can start from scratch.

Step Two: A Fresh New Foundation

One of the first major changes was the flooring. The homeowners wanted something warm and inviting, so we installed luxury vinyl flooring with a natural wood look. It adds warmth, but it’s also durable and easy to maintain, making it perfect for a high-traffic area like the kitchen.

Step Three: Colors and light

Lighting is one of the most important elements in any kitchen, and we made it a priority in this project. (as the owner also wanted).
While recessed lighting remained in place, elegant lights were added above the kitchen island. These crystal-like fixtures bring a subtle touch and warmth, creating a more inviting atmosphere.
Natural light also played a big role in the redesign. With bright, airy tones and strategic lighting placements, the kitchen now feels larger and more open, even without any structural changes to the space.

Step Four: Cabinetry and Countertops

The real big thing in this renovation is the cabinetry. The heavy wood cabinets of the past are happily gone. Instead, now there are sleek, white cabinets that make the kitchen feel fresh and modern. The contrast of the dark lower cabinets on the island adds depth and style, creating a very nice two-tone look.

To add some even more touch to the cabinetry, we installed white quartz countertops. These not only brighten up the space but also offer a durable, low-maintenance surface perfect for cooking and entertaining. The large island now serves as a multi-functional space for meal prep, casual dining, and sitting.

Step Five: The Finishing Touches

No kitchen renovation is complete without thoughtful details that bring everything together. A new glass tile was added behind the stove, subtly catching the light and adding texture to the design. The stainless steel appliances, including a new double oven and gas range, complete the look while adding great functionality.

The result:

After weeks of hard work, the homeowners walked into their brand-new kitchen. The once-dark and outdated space had been completely changed into a bright, elegant, and highly functional kitchen. The new design offers a perfect balance between beauty and practicality, making it a joy to cook, entertain, and spend time in.
