Our project was a bathroom remodel. Lola Piris was our project manager and she was with us every step of the way. She went with us to formalize the purchase of everything that was going into the project, tile, flooring, granite, fixtures, etc. Her team showed up on time, they were all professional and kept the noise to a minimum. We started the project during the holidays and it was completed on time, in fact a couple of days early. I would highly recommend working with Lola and Terra Mia Construction.

I had a new shower built and the quality of the work was excellent, They also did a great job of maintaining a clean working area by protecting my floors and bedroom with paper and plastic so no debris would spread. Terra Mia handled renovation for the 3rd floor of my home. My rep was Anthony Brown: Here's all the things most customers worry about:Communication: Thorough and never lacking. From day 1, Anthony provided his cell and was responsive and timely throughout the process. He ensured I always knew what time contractors would arrive and exactly what the progress goals were for that day.Workmanship: Exceptional. Anthony was extremely diligent in ensuring everything was according to MY standard. If I needed something corrected, there was never any push back nor bad energy. As a customer, I felt like the priority.Timeliness: At the initiation of the project a timeline was provided. That timeline was followed to the T. The only delays were caused by material providers (Home Depot, etc) and even during those times, the team did everything they could to expedite the process.Knowledge: During this project at least 5 different workers occupied my place at different times (electrician, construction, etc). Each one was extremely knowledgeable in their expertise. They provided options and alternatives until everything was to my liking.For future projects I wouldn't dare call any other company.

My husband and I bought our house in 2021 that had 2 full baths. We needed a ½ bath/powder room when family visited. Also, we were not happy with the builder grade materials that came with the house and we decided to upgrade and add that powder room we wanted. My husband contacted 3 companies to give us a bid. Terra Mia Construction was the first one that came over to our house. Johnny, the owner, at the first meeting, came across to us as very knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted and made recommendations. We trusted him right away and my husband cancelled the appointments we had booked with the other two companies.We went to the showroom and was very impressed with the selections and the honest opinions we got from Terra Mia. Johnny went over the details and told us exactly how the work was going to start, progress and end. We signed the contract right away. Throughout the project, Terra Mia answered every question we had and always picked up the phone. This was big for us, as we’ve had contractors in the past that would be difficult to get a hold off. Terria Mia was always available be it nights or weekends to respond. Best of all, we felt how honest and sincere Johnny was because he just showed us that he really cared about our expectations and the outcome to make sure that we were happy with the final product. And guess what? We also decided to remodel our entire kitchen and it turned out so amazing!! The powder room had the mid-century look and feel and our master bath no longer had the builder grade shower stall and Terra Mia made it look like a luxury modern bathroom. We are extremely grateful to Terra Mia, Johnny, and all his staff in making our standard looking boring home into a modern million-dollar home. We plan to show off our home to everyone we know and definitely recommend Terra Mia/Johnny to all our family, friends and neighbors. Great experience. Bathroom was completed on time. Any issues me or my roommates had were addressed and taken care of very quickly. Would hire them again if I have future work and I recommend them as well.
